The story
Matured in first-fill bourbon casks with a small proportion of sherry butts, this 12-year-old single malt is our house pour for whisky first-timers and lifers alike.
Tasting notes
Orchard fruit, vanilla, honeycomb and a light coastal salt. Warm, mellow finish.
